Wonderful St. Anthony Park...

Our private office is located in one our favorite "special places." St. Anthony Park is the friendly neighborhood located near to the St. Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota. The area is roughly bounded by Larpenteur Avenue to the north, the St. Paul Campus of the University of Minnesota to the east, Highway 280 to the west, and University Avenue to the south. "The Park," as it is called by it's residents, has a unique small town feel, while sitting conveniently midway between the city centers of St. Paul and Minneapolis. The "town center" features wonderful shopping and dining locations. We have "lived" in and called The Park our home for over 38 years and we've sold over 300 homes here.

A subset of the Macalester Groveland area of St. Paul, Macalester Heights is bounded by Grand Avenue to the north, Hamline Avenue to the east, Snelling Avenue to the west, and St. Clair Avenue to the south.
