Hi, I'm Steve Townley. My mission as a Realtor® is to see that my clients are treated with the respect and care they deserve. During my 39 years in the real estate business, I've gone to great lengths to see that each of my clients is provided with the best possible advice and the most accurate information available when they need it. I’m Chris Deming and I have been in all facets of the real estate industry for 9 years now. I started working with Wells Fargo where I dealt with loans, title work, closings, underwriting, and so much more. It gave me a great background to learn the ins and outs of the lending part of the business. While gaining that knowledge, I realized that while I enjoyed helping people in the purchase and sale of their homes, I wanted to be working with buyers and sellers through the complete process. So I decided to become a fully licensed Realtor. I started my real estate sales career with a branch of Century 21 where, by my second year, I was the top producing agent in the office! Knowing Steve for years, we realized that a partnership would benefit us (and our clients) immensely.
