I'm Steve
Townley.

I’m Chris
Deming and
I have been in all facets
of the real estate industry
for 9 years now. I started
working with Wells Fargo
where I dealt with loans,
title work, closings, underwriting,
and so much more. It gave
me a great background to
learn the ins and outs of
the lending part of the
business. While gaining
that knowledge, I realized
that while I enjoyed helping
people in the purchase and
sale of their homes, I wanted
to be working with buyers
and sellers through the
complete process. So I decided
to become a fully licensed
Realtor. I started my real
estate sales career with
a branch of Century 21 where,
by my second year, I was
the top producing agent
in the office! Knowing Steve
for years, we realized that
a partnership would benefit
us (and our clients) immensely.
